vTag: tag pages with your voice

vTags let you put your voice on the web. We do this through the vTag phone system, where you can call up and make recordings, much like leaving a message on an answering machine. We then take those recordings and wrap them up in graphical skins to make vTags.

Every vTag has some unique HTML code, which you then copy and paste onto the site where you want to put your vTag. You could create an audio profile on your MySpace page, add a description of an auction item on eBay, leave a voice post in a blog, flirt in a personals ad... it's all up to you.

Best of all, because the phone is the mike for vTags, you don't have to be sitting in front of your computer to record a vTag. Whether you're in a car or at a bar, a new vTag is just a phone call away. Concerts, parties, rants, in-the-field reporting, drunk karaoke, poetry, raps, professions of undying love... we love seeing the great (and awful) things people record with vTags!
